PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

EV Field Service Technician, 2024

Monarch Tractor – Livermore, CA

During my time here, I identified, documented, and repaired system component failures on

pre-production and first generation electric autonomous tractors both in the field and at

headquarters. I also recommended improvements to their product with some being

successfully implemented. My tasks quickly became very multifaceted, as I identified

inefficiencies and recommended ways to streamline several areas of the developing service

department. This employer gave me experience in a large, team-oriented environment and

lent me more experience working with diagnostic software and high voltage EV systems.

Field Service Technician, 2023 - 2024

Bobcat of the Bay – Santa Rosa, CA

Here, I responded to all remote service calls for Bobcat equipment in a six-county region. I

recommended solutions to customers, diagnosed and repaired equipment remotely and

performed complex repairs within OEM time limits while documenting all work performed.

This job gave me the opportunity to utilize enhanced diagnostic service equipment and gave

me experience using a dealer management software to track and document work orders.

Additionally, I completed a manufacturer provided “systems and controls” workshop at the

bobcat training center.

Maintenance Lead, 2022 - 2023

YMCA Camp St Croix – Hudson, WI

At this job, I serviced and maintained a vehicle and equipment fleet, while also tending to the

maintenance of over 50 buildings with their plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Some of my key accomplishments were successfully designing and constructing a 250-person

amphitheater, building a quality livestock fence, and re-establishing a fleet preventative

maintenance schedule. Working here gave me valuable experience leading work group

projects and working with peers and colleagues in a professional setting.

Farm Foreman, 2009 - 2022 Apr – Nov

Thuerauf Farms – Plum City, WI

I started here as a summer “farm hand” but quickly progressed to being responsible for all the

daily fieldwork, grain infrastructure, and shop operations of the row crop farm; helping to grow

the crop acreage by 87%, building a grain processing system, and drastically modernizing the

equipment fleet. I trained and coordinated a 2–5-person harvest crew, operated the grain

drying and storage system, and identified and performed daily preventative and emergency

maintenance on equipment. I learned and refined many skills here; including time

management, effective strategies to modify and improve equipment function & reliability, and

the importance of organization & cleanliness.

Lead Mechanic, 2010 - 2022 Nov – Apr

Paynesville Tractor Parts – St Landry, LA

At PTP, I repaired, restored, and sold rare antique and vintage high crop tractors. From engine

and transmission rebuilding, to paint and body refinishing, I restored many tractors from the

ground up. Additionally, I oversaw the construction of a shop addition, expanding our

workspace and improving efficiency. At Paynesville Tractor, I learned to work hard, enjoy

tedious processes, and to rely on schematics and manuals to complete repairs to specification.

Farm Hand, 2006 - 2009

Caturia Farms – Plum City, WI

Completed all tasks associated with operating a 2000+ acre row-crop farm.
