Ryan’s Resourceful Mobile Repair will charge the Client a fee of $_125.00 _ per hour for the Services . Travel time will be charged at the same rate as the “Services” and will be charged according to time required to travel from Cloverdale city center to work site location and back to Cloverdale city center, regardless of traffic and/or road conditions during time of travel.

A minimum time of two hours will be charged per service call.

A 4% fee will be applied to all service charges, billed as “shop supplies” to cover the cost of consumables (cleaners, PPE, sealers, lubricants, etc.).

The Client will be invoiced when the Services are complete and will be due upon receipt. Should services extend for a period exceeding 30 days, Contractor reserves the right to collect payment for services rendered every thirty days.

Any sales tax and duties required by law will be charged to the Client in addition to the Compensation.
